<p>&nbsp;</p> <div>Our Guest Speaker will be <strong>Lisa Arkin</strong>, <strong>Executive Director </strong>of the <strong><a href="http://www.HealthyAirOregon.org">Oregon Toxics Alliance</a></strong>, a statewide non-profit working for toxics use reduction to protect human and environmental health.&nbsp; Arkin was co-founder of the original citizen&rsquo;s Sustainable Eugene Advisory Panel, and is now serving a second term as an appointed member of the City of Eugene Sustainability Commission.
