Arbor South Architecture, designed and built the first residential LEED certified home in Eugene, Oregon in  2009. 

Bill Randall: Is a Licensed Architect and Senior Principal at Arbor South Architecture, a LEED Accredited Professional, a City of Eugene Planning Commissioner and Board member at Looking Glass Youth & Family Services. He's lived in Eugene since childhood and can remember the first Earth Day when he was in Junior High. He has had a desire to steward the environment since.

 
Dan Hill: Is also a Licensed Architect, a Certified Sustainable Building Advisor, founded Mission 2 Mexico over 20 years ago (he coordinates taking high school students each Spring Break to build homes for disadvantaged families in Mexico). Dan, with Bill, is a co-founder and Senior Principal at Arbor South Architecture.
