In January we celebrated our first year anniversary right where we started -- at Northwest Community Credit Union. It’s hard to believe that it’s been over a year since we got our start.
We’ve come a long way -- from a small group of people to over 90 members. The anniversary event helped us to mark the past year, and to look forward. Outgoing Board Members Lorraine Kerwood, Daniel Swantek, Leslie Scott, Brenda Black were acknowledged, and new board members David Fried, Thomas Price, Jim Wilcox, Molly Morris and Shane DeMars were welcomed.
Through it all folks munched on great food from Big Green Events, drink from Ninkasi and Oakshire, listened to music by Paul Prince, and listened to key speaker Tom Osdoba from the University of Oregon.
Thanks to all of you who attended, and everyone who helped put the event together. Here’s to another great year of educational opportunities, networking, and making green business stronger throughout Lane County.
