BRING seeks an Education Coordinator to manage our award winning school and community education program. The Education Director promotes waste prevention, reuse and recycling through presentations, tours, written materials and involvement in a variety of community events throughout Lane County. The position is funded by a Lane County contract and is secured through June 30th, 2010, highly probable for July 2010-June 2011.
In depth knowledge of waste prevention, reuse, recycling and environmental issues is desirable. Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills are essential. This position is best suited for a resourceful, highly motivated, organized and energetic individual who enjoys interacting with people of all backgrounds and ages.
